Just came to this place for a quick visit.
Newgrounds should develop a way to "embed" movies in other sites so some people ( who aren't even the authors of the original "newgrounds" movie) will not feel the urge to upload the Newgrounds converted flash movies movies into Youtube.

Note: Noticed the NG design to change into a more youtube/dailymotion/online clip watching design.
